Which Death Knight Talent Tree Is For Me?

When you are in a place where you are thinking about trying something new, why not look into rolling up a Death Knight? World of Warcraft's first hero class comes from former servants of the Lich King who threw off his command and there are plenty of people who are curious about what they can do. Death Knights start at level 55 and they come equipped with good gear to match, but like any other class, they have three talent trees to choose from. Which one is going to be right for you and how does each one match up with your play style?
Blood
When you put the majority of your Talent points into the Blood tree, you will find that you have a great build for leveling, though this is less true than it once was. This tree is very rune conservative and you will find that this can increase the amount of attacks that you can instigate, though the drawback is going to be the fact that you are attacking with less strength. This tree is for the people who are more interested in playing the melee aspect of the Death Knight class, rather than the caster aspect. With a Death Knight specced to the Blood tree, you will find that you are going to have better healing abilities thanks to Rune Tap and Vampiric Blood.
Frost
A Frost Death Knight is going to be one who is very invested in ranged attacks. This is usually considered a balanced tree between Blood and Unholy, since it features both spell damage and melee damage. This is a good tree for people who like a little more deliberation with their attacks and who are interested in area of effect spells, for which Howling Blast is going to be your main contender. This tree is something that is better for people who are interested in getting a fair amount of damage from your build.
Unholy
Unholy Death Knights have a lot of benefits when it comes to leveling and there are many people who feel that it is now better than Blood tree for this purpose. When you are interested in taking on many mobs at once, you will discover that Unholy will provide you with a fair amount advantage in the form of a ghoul that you can summon up. They are also capable of dealing high DPS through the use of Plague Strike.
Take some time and take a look at what you want to get out of your Death Knight. There is a lot of potential in this class, and there are many people who get a lot out of it. Also keep in mind, however, the fact that as WoW's newest class, they are subject to change. This is where a World of Warcraft guide can come in, so make sure that you find one that will help you out!
